WarePro Rummy is strictly for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.
Our platform may contain links to external sites/apps. We do not control and are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies separately.
All deposits are final once successfully credited to your WarePro wallet.
If a deposit fails but your bank/card is debited, funds are usually auto-reversed within 3–5 working days. Contact support with the transaction reference if reversal is delayed.
Bonus chips/credits offered under campaigns cannot be cancelled or encashed directly. They convert to withdrawable balance only after meeting play-through conditions specified in each promotion.
A table/tournament may be cancelled by WarePro due to technical issues or insufficient players.
Entry fees will be automatically refunded to your WarePro wallet within minutes.
If cancellation happens mid-game, settlement will follow our Fair Play / Game Cancellation Rules (e.g., auto-split of prize pool or refund of active stakes).
You may cancel a pending withdrawal request from the “Transaction History” page until it is marked “Processing.”
Once processed by us and handed over to the bank/UPI network, cancellation is no longer possible.
You can close your account anytime by emailing support@wareprorummy.online from your registered email.
All withdrawable balance (net of TDS and processing fees) will be remitted to your verified bank/UPI account within 7 working days of successful KYC.
Non-withdrawable bonus chips expire upon closure.
Raising a chargeback without first contacting support may lead to suspension and legal recovery of disputed amounts plus costs.
We follow RBI and card-network rules for resolving chargebacks.

We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification, email, or website banner. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance.
