At WarePro Rummy, we aim to provide a secure and seamless gaming experience. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.
All successful “Add Cash” transactions made by a user are final and non-refundable.
In case your money is debited from your bank or wallet, but not credited to your WarePro account due to a technical failure:
The amount is automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 3–7 working days.

Refunds will be processed automatically in the following cases:
If a tournament or game is cancelled by WarePro Rummy due to insufficient players, server error, or unforeseen technical glitches.
If a user gets disconnected due to server failure and the game cannot resume.
The entry fee will be refunded to the user's wallet or the prize pool will be distributed equally (as per Fair Play policy).
???? Note: No refund is provided if a user’s game disconnects due to their own internet issues or device failure.
Once a withdrawal request is submitted and marked as “Processing,” it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank/UPI details, the funds will be returned to the user’s WarePro wallet within 2–5 working days.
Any fraudulent or suspicious withdrawal activity will lead to account suspension and funds may be withheld.
Bonuses and promo credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
These may have play-through conditions before becoming withdrawable.
Unused or expired bonuses cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
If a user accidentally makes a duplicate payment, please report it immediately. We will verify and refund the extra amount to your WarePro wallet or original payment source within 7–10 business days after verification.
Raising a chargeback/dispute with your bank or card issuer without informing us may result in:
Account suspension or permanent block
Forfeiture of balance
Legal recovery of disputed amounts, plus administrative/legal charges
