2. Account Registration & Verification

  • You must register with a valid Indian mobile number and provide accurate personal details.

  • To withdraw winnings, you may be required to complete KYC verification, including PAN, Aadhaar, or bank proof.

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Game Rules & Fair Play

  • WarePro Rummy provides skill-based games like 13-card rummy in Points, Deals, and Pool formats.

  • Our platform uses RNG-certified game logic to ensure fairness.

  • Use of bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or any unfair means will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

  • All deposits made are final and non-refundable (see our Refund Policy for details).

  • Withdrawals are subject to:

    • KYC completion

    • TDS deduction (30%) if winnings exceed ?10,000 as per the Income Tax Act

    • Platform processing time (typically 1–3 business days)

  • Bonus and promotional credits cannot be withdrawn directly and may require gameplay to unlock.

5. Bonus & Promotions

  • Bonuses are provided for user engagement and subject to specific terms (e.g., minimum play-through).

  • Misuse of bonus offers (e.g., duplicate accounts) may lead to account action or removal of credits.

  • WarePro reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at its discretion.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently block your account if:

  • You violate any of these Terms

  • You attempt to defraud the system or other users

  • Required KYC is not completed or verified

  • Refund/chargeback abuse occurs

Balances in suspended accounts may be withheld or forfeited based on the reason for the action.

9. Tax Deduction (TDS)

  • Winnings over ?10,000 per game are subject to a 30% TDS, as per Indian tax laws.

  • You must provide a valid PAN card to process such withdrawals.

  • We will issue TDS certificates for all applicable deductions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on WarePro Rummy — including game designs, logos, trademarks, and software — is the property of WAREPRO TECH PRIVATE LIMITED.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

WarePro Rummy is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not responsible for:

  • Losses due to internet issues, device problems, or third-party failures

  • Unauthorized access to your account (if credentials were shared)

  • Technical errors that interrupt services (though we strive for 99.9% uptime)

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • The courts of Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • We encourage users to first reach out to our Grievance Officer for resolution before approaching legal channels.
